4th Screen style implementation for the kitchen.

Barcode reader or Camera to read barcodes from purchased food, or food thats on it's way to the bin, or that jar that you've opened, half used and now has a very short shelf life in the fridge.

WiFi or Ethernet. POE or External. Presumably wifi with an external PSU would be more suited to a normal kitchen environment. However use of POE allows home owner to drop a CAT 5 cable in where their isn't any power and use the device from there without the need for an electrician to install an outlet.

Touch screen: First screen:

Add Food -> user adds food they have purchased, this is added to their ThreeTomatoes food list. Trash Food -> user scans an item before trashing it, recording how much is used so that ThreeTomatoes can provide feedback on waste. Opened food -> user scans an item indicating it's been opened and has a reduced shelf life, so giving priority for meal planning to the open item. Add ShoppingList item -> add an item by barcode or text to a shopping list.

Include a version of Dinner Timer as well.
